Tehran is willing to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations worked, and revealed new appeals had come from intermediaries to restart talks with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Navigating a Challenging Course
